2013 Excursion to Gran Sasso

Saturday, 21 September 2013 22:12

Here are a few photos from our excursion to Gran Sasso (Saturday 21, 2013).

We hiked on Campo Imperatore, then we had a barbecue at Fonte Vetica (we're sure everybody's gone crazy for arrosticini). Later in the afternoon we stopped in Castel del Monte and after that we headed down to the medieval village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, where we walked on its narrow cobbled streets.

We hope everybody enjoyed the trip as much as we did!
