We're glad to announce that the application for the 2015/2017 batch of the MathMods Master's Course (and its related Erasmus Mundus scholarships) has just been opened.
Browse the Admission section to find detailed information and the link to the on-line application form.
Please note that some of the information on the scholarship page is still to be updated as we're waiting for the EACEA to confirm the number of scholarhips and special windows we will be assigned this year.
If you've got questions about how to apply, feel free to email us!
You are all invited (first and second years) in joining a Welcome-Day meeting organized by Aquilasmus, a student association part of ESN - Erasmus Student Network.
- Day: Wednesday, October 15
- Time: 3.30 pm
- Venue: Aula Magna, Department of Human Studies (city centre, see below for directions).
There will be a presentation of what the association does for international students (e.g. organizing parties, trips, international dinners, cine-forums...).
Participants are also invited to give a short talk. As this is the first time that our Erasmus Mundus group has been invited to such event, we definitely need a volunteer (maybe from the second year) to make a presentation of what MathMods and Erasmus Mundus is.
You'll also be given a welcome pack, containing pens, notebooks, maps and the like.
In the end there'll be a buffet dinner, too!
As we really want all of you to take part in the event, we've cancelled all the classes scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
Directions
City centre, around 100 metres from the big fountain (Fontana Luminosa) and the Castle.
There's an ARPA bus leaving our department at 2.15, then you'll just have to get off at "Questura" (police station) - it's the last but one stop before Terminal. But you can also get any AMA bus driving to Terminal or, better still, Fontana Luminosa.

Here are a few stills from the party we threw on Thrusday, Sept. 11 to congratulate our 9 graduates on their successful completion of their Master's programme. The lunch party has also been an occasion to welcome our new 50 first-years to the MathMods programme.
We hope everybody enjoyed the food and the champagne, too!
